Perched between the bustle of downtown and the excitement of Folly Beach, Parrot Creek is a quiet, gated community with plenty to offer.  Tennis courts and walking trails greet you at the front, while the beautiful and easily navigable Parrot Creek expands your reach to the Harbor or Morris Island Lighthouse by boat at the rear of the neighborhood.  In between you will find a friendly community of neighbors enjoying Low Country life to the fullest.
